2016 Grant Program Competition

The Office to Monitor and Combat Trafficking in Persons (TIP Office) announces an open competition for FY 2016 grant programs to combat trafficking in persons outside of the United States.  Nongovernmental organizations, public international organizations, U.S.-based and foreign non-profits, institutions of higher education, and for-profit organizations are invited to submit a Statement of Interest (SOI) for projects in the following countries and regions:

Countries:  Bolivia, Burkina Faso, Guyana, Honduras, India, Indonesia, Iraq, Jordan, Madagascar, Mali, Mauritius, Mongolia, Morocco, Pakistan, Palau, South Africa, Sri Lanka,

Thailand, Ukraine, Uzbekistan, and Vietnam

Regions:    Association of Southeast Asian Nations, Balkans, Lake Chad Basin, Levant, Southern African Development Community, and South America

For information on the application process and the country and region-specific requirements, please see the FY 2016 Request for Statements of Interest available at www.state.gov/j/tip.  All SOIs must be submitted by 5:00 pm Eastern Standard Time (EST) on Monday, December 28, 2015 to be eligible for consideration.
